DyorSwap has confirmed that the previously identified "GIWA mainnet" is a fraudulent blockchain created by scammers. This fake network utilized the legitimate GIWA chain ID (9134), which misled users during the initial verification process. The announcement highlighted that significant financial losses have occurred due to this fraudulent cross-chain bridge, prompting the team to take immediate action.

In response to the incident, DyorSwap is engaging a professional security team to conduct an in-depth investigation into the involved addresses, transactions, and fund flows. The team is also preserving all relevant evidence, including chat records and transaction details, to aid in the investigation.

Furthermore, DyorSwap plans to utilize national treasury funds to compensate affected users. The specifics regarding eligibility criteria, loss verification processes, and compensation scope will be disclosed following the completion of the investigation. Until further notice, users are advised against using any unofficial GIWA mainnet RPCs, cross-chain bridges, or contracts, and are warned not to send funds to any related addresses.
