Open USD Launches With $1 Billion in Backing and Chainlink as Its Data Oracle

Open Standard launched its Open USD (OUSD) stablecoin on 30 September 2026 across Ethereum, Solana, Base, and Tempo. Five founding partners committed more than $1 billion in liquidity, and Chainlink was named the token's official data oracle.
