Binance Distributes $0.75 Dividends for QQQB Tokens
Binance has completed its latest dividend distribution for QQQB, its tokenized version of the Invesco QQQ Trust ETF, delivering a net payout of $0.75 per underlying share to eligible holders. Instead of cash or stablecoins, the dividends were automatically reinvested into additional QQQB tokens, allowing users to compound their positions effortlessly. The distribution occurred from September 21 to 22, 2026, with eligibility determined by a snapshot taken on September 21 at 00:00 UTC.
During the distribution, Binance temporarily paused deposits, withdrawals, and 1:1 conversions for QQQB, a standard procedure for its bStocks program, which manages corporate actions like dividends on-chain. QQQB operates as a BEP-20 token on the BNB Smart Chain, fully collateralized by actual QQQ ETF shares held with a regulated US broker-dealer. This ensures that when Invesco declares a dividend, it flows through to QQQB holders via the reinvestment mechanism, inheriting the economic benefits of the underlying asset.
In addition to QQQB, Binance also processed dividend distributions for other bStocks tokens this cycle, including SPYB, which tracks the S&P 500 ETF, at $1.88 per share, and GOOGLB, representing Alphabet, at $0.22 net. The bStocks initiative has gained traction throughout 2026, allowing users to trade tokenized versions of major US equities and ETFs directly on the exchange, with trades settling nearly instantly on the BNB Smart Chain.
