NYSE American Issues Noncompliance Notice to Southland
NYSE American has formally notified Southland, a company listed on the exchange, of its noncompliance with the exchange's listing standards. This notification indicates that Southland has not met the required criteria for maintaining its listing status on the NYSE American, which is a significant market for small to mid-sized companies in the United States.
The specifics of the noncompliance issue have not been disclosed, but such notices typically relate to financial performance metrics, governance standards, or other operational requirements set by the exchange. Companies receiving such notifications are usually given a period to rectify the issues or face potential delisting from the exchange.
