Solidigm Plans Potential $150 Billion IPO in the U.S.

Solidigm, a subsidiary of SK Hynix, is contemplating an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States that could take place as early as next year. The anticipated valuation for the chipmaker could reach up to $150 billion, according to reports from Reuters.

If successful, the IPO could raise approximately $15 billion, positioning it to become the largest semiconductor listing in U.S. history. Solidigm is known for its expertise in NAND memory and enterprise solid-state drives (SSDs), with its growth being significantly bolstered by increasing demand for AI-driven data center solutions.
