BNB Chain Dominates Tokenized Equities Market with 41% Share

As of October 8, 2026, BNB Chain has established itself as the leading platform for tokenized equities, commanding a 41% share of the total tracked market value. The blockchain network boasts 187,112 funded addresses, each holding at least $10 in tokenized stocks, contributing to its position as the busiest venue for on-chain stock trading.

The growth of BNB Chain in this sector has been significant, with the total value of tokenized stocks on the network surpassing $1 billion by late September 2026. This milestone represents a 34% market share in a rapidly expanding sector, which has seen its total capitalization rise from approximately $700 million in January 2026 to over $3 billion by September 2026.

Key product launches, such as Binance's bStocks initiative and offerings from Ondo Global Markets, have played a crucial role in this growth. These products facilitate easier access to tokenized equities, which allow for 24/7 trading and fractional ownership. BNB Chain's low transaction fees and direct access to Binance's user base have further solidified its dominance in the tokenized equities market, although it still trails Ethereum in the broader real-world asset market.
