WOO X Users Report Withdrawal Delays Amid Ongoing Issues

Multiple users of the cryptocurrency platform WOO X have reported experiencing significant delays in their withdrawal requests, with many accounts showing transactions in 'pending' or 'processing' status for over three days. The issues have been highlighted by on-chain investigator ZachXBT, who has been monitoring the situation closely.

WOO X, which is incubated by Kronos Research and was acquired by FusionX Digital in late 2025, has not yet responded to inquiries regarding the withdrawal delays. The platform's association with BitMart, which announced a halt in operations and restructuring in July 2026, has raised concerns among users, especially since some funds from BitMart remain inaccessible.

Sheldon Xia, founder of BitMart and associated with FusionX Digital, has emphasized the importance of user asset security. However, this assurance has not been independently verified, and complaints regarding withdrawal issues have surged on social media platforms. As of now, WOO X has not made any public statements addressing the ongoing withdrawal problems.
