Bitcoin Surges Above Key Moving Averages Amid Renewed Buying Interest

Bitcoin has experienced a notable increase today, breaking above both its 100-hour and 200-hour moving averages after finding support near $82,923. This upward movement comes after the cryptocurrency had previously extended above a significant swing area between $81,517 and $82,833, which helped propel its price to recent highs of approximately $87,334 earlier this month.

Despite the recent gains, the sustainability of this upward trend remains uncertain. The 200-hour moving average, currently at $84,316, now serves as a critical support level for buyers. If Bitcoin can maintain its position above this moving average, it may continue to build on its recent momentum. Conversely, a drop below both moving averages could signal a loss of bullish momentum and bring the focus back to the swing area support levels.

Traders are now eyeing potential upside targets, with the next significant level set at $86,117. If Bitcoin can surpass this and hold above last week's high of $87,334, it may indicate a stronger bullish trend. Further targets include the swing-high area near $90,554 and the psychological resistance level of $92,000, which coincides with a key retracement level from its all-time high reached in October of last year.
