Fuel Shortages Affect 11% of Gas Stations in France

France is currently experiencing significant fuel shortages, with 11% of gas stations across the country reporting a lack of petrol or diesel. This situation translates to one in nine stations being unable to provide fuel to consumers, according to recent government data released today.

The shortages are particularly acute in several regions, with 16% of stations in Grand Est, 15% in Pays de la Loire, 14% in Occitanie, and 13% in Centre-Val de Loire facing fuel supply issues. These figures highlight the widespread nature of the crisis affecting motorists throughout France.
