Ronin Waypoint to shut down wallets on October 16, users need to migrate assets promptly
PANews reported on October 2 that, according to official sources, the Ronin Waypoint wallet is about to cease service, and users need to complete asset transfers before the final migration deadline of October 16, otherwise assets left in the Waypoint wallet may become inaccessible. This migration mainly affects users using social login, keyless, or MPC wallets.
Users can choose to migrate assets to Ronin Stash, which supports email or social login, or transfer them to Ronin Wallet, which is protected by a seed phrase. Users who only use seed phrase wallets are not affected by this migration. In addition, bAXS and Badges need to be handled separately through the official Axie migration page, and this operation can only be completed once. Officials remind users to confirm that the destination wallet has received the assets after migration and to check whether there are any remaining assets in the Waypoint wallet.
