Juniper Square, Nasdaq eVestment launch AI tool for private markets fundraising teams
Juniper Square has partnered with Nasdaq eVestment to launch Capital Intelligence, an AI-powered tool designed to give private markets investor relations teams greater visibility into institutional investors and fundraising opportunities.
The new tool is being introduced within Juniper Square’s existing Investor CRM and incorporates institutional market data from Nasdaq eVestment Market Lens. CXapital Intelligence is designed to allow general partners to update investor and consultant information, identify potential new relationships, and monitor changes without leaving their existing CRM workflow.
The launch comes as private markets managers compete for a more concentrated pool of institutional capital. Juniper Square said Capital Intelligence is intended to address the challenge of maintaining accurate and current information on investors, consultants and allocation activity.
The Nasdaq eVestment data incorporated into the platform covers more than 30,000 institutional firms, 70,000 mandates and 100,000 investment professionals. The information includes structured investor and relationship data alongside qualitative indicators such as allocation trends, pacing plans and consultant sentiment.
Capital Intelligence includes three core functions. An AI matching capability can identify potential links between existing CRM contacts and Nasdaq’s institutional database, allowing fundraising teams to review and approve matches in bulk.
A Pipeline Builder function allows users to search the Nasdaq dataset for investor and consultant professionals and institutional firms, using filters including firm type, assets under management and geography. Potential contacts can then be added to the CRM.
The platform also monitors changes at investor and consultant organisations, alerting users to relevant developments so that teams can review and validate updates before incorporating them into their relationship records.
Capital Intelligence is available to general partners raising institutional capital. Existing Juniper Square clients that already subscribe to Nasdaq eVestment Market Lens can connect their existing subscription.
The launch is the latest step in Juniper Square’s broader push to incorporate AI directly into its private markets platform. The company launched Headless GPX in June and subsequently made Fay, its first GPX Agent, generally available in July.
Juniper Square said it now serves more than 2,300 private markets general partners, with more than $1tn in limited partner capital managed through its platform.
