Neuberger and Securitize Unveil Multi-Chain Tokenized High-Yield Bond Fund HINC
Key Takeaways
- Securitize partners with Neuberger to introduce HINC, a tokenized fund focused on high-yield bonds
- HINC operates on four major blockchain networks: Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, and Sui
- Neuberger oversees $613 billion in assets, including $230 billion in fixed-income securities
- Qualified purchasers and accredited investors can access high-yield bonds, leveraged loans, and CLOs through the fund
- Following the announcement, Securitize shares climbed approximately 5%, despite being down more than 50% since its July listing
In a significant expansion of tokenized finance, Securitize has introduced a new fixed-income investment vehicle in collaboration with Neuberger, a prominent global asset management firm. Known as the Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund, or HINC, this product marks a notable milestone in blockchain-based asset management.
We’re excited to launch the Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund (HINC) with @neubergerberman, bringing Neuberger’s fixed income capabilities onchain.

Neuberger’s participation as subadvisor represents the firm’s inaugural foray into tokenized fund management. With $230 billion dedicated to fixed-income investments and approximately $613 billion in total assets under management, Neuberger brings substantial institutional credibility to the venture.
The HINC fund primarily targets high-yield corporate bonds, while also incorporating positions in collateralized loan obligations and leveraged loans to diversify returns.
Access to the fund is restricted to accredited investors and qualified purchasers who successfully complete comprehensive onboarding procedures, including Know Your Customer verification, Anti-Money Laundering screening, and jurisdictional eligibility confirmation.
Multi-Chain Infrastructure Enables Broad Access
HINC operates simultaneously on Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, and Sui blockchain networks. Securitize’s proprietary technology platform enables the issuance and administration of tokenized fund shares across all four ecosystems.
Carlos Domingo, Chief Executive Officer of Securitize, emphasized that the launch provides qualified investors with streamlined access to Neuberger’s fixed-income investment strategies through multiple leading blockchain platforms. He highlighted the fully regulated, comprehensive nature of the infrastructure.
Securitize Capital LLC operates as the fund’s registered investment adviser. The company obtained official investment advisor registration from the Securities and Exchange Commission just last month.
Anil Abraham, who leads Product Management at Neuberger, noted that the initiative extends the firm’s actively managed, research-intensive fixed-income methodology to blockchain-based investors.
Expanding Real-World Asset Tokenization Platform
Securitize presently manages approximately $4.96 billion in distributed asset value spanning 26 tokenized real-world assets. The platform’s portfolio includes BlackRock’s $2.7 billion BUIDL fund, a $355 million tokenized AAA-rated CLO fund, and a $95 million Apollo diversified credit fund.
The firm achieved a historic milestone on July 2 by becoming the first company to list simultaneously on the New York Stock Exchange and on-chain platforms.
In the first quarter of 2026, Securitize achieved record quarterly revenue of $19.5 million, representing nearly 40% growth compared to the prior year. The company reported $3.4 billion in tokenized assets under management during that period.
Following Tuesday’s announcement, Securitize shares increased by approximately 5%, pushing the company’s market capitalization to around $838 million.
However, the stock continues to trade more than 50% below the peak levels achieved shortly after its public market debut in July.
The product launch arrives amid increasing investor appetite for yield-generating investment opportunities. Rising capital costs have driven greater interest in active fixed-income management strategies.
With a fixed-income platform that has demonstrated resilience across various market environments, Neuberger views the blockchain expansion as an opportunity to engage a new generation of qualified investors on a global scale.
