      New York and Wyoming Regulators Sign Memorandum of Understanding on Virtual Currency Oversight

      The New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) and the Wyoming Division of Banking have formalized a memorandum of understanding (MOU) aimed at enhancing regulatory cooperation for virtual currency and digital asset activities. The agreement was announced by DFS Acting Superintendent Kaitlin Asrow and Wyoming Banking Commissioner Jeremiah Bishop.
