Oil Prices Fluctuate as Saudi Arabia Restores Pipeline Capacity

Oil prices experienced fluctuations following Saudi Arabia's efforts to restore approximately half of its East-West pipeline capacity, which had been shut down due to a drone attack the previous week. As a result of these developments, Brent crude oil was trading near $105 per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) was around $102 per barrel.

In addition to restoring pipeline capacity, Saudi Arabia has increased crude oil deliveries to Asian refiners located outside the Strait of Hormuz. This move is seen as a strategy to alleviate immediate supply concerns in the global oil market, which have been heightened by geopolitical tensions in the region.
