- The most significant individual transaction involved selling a Vanguard dividend ETF valued at $5 million to $25 million
- Notable June 18 activity included acquiring Berkshire Hathaway, Visa, and Mastercard shares while divesting from Meta and Motorola

According to documentation filed with the U.S. Office of Government Ethics on August 22, President Donald Trump executed more than 1,000 financial transactions during June.
These transactions encompassed various asset classes including individual equities, fixed-income securities, and exchange-traded funds. The aggregate transaction value ranged from $78.1 million to $263.1 million, with federal reporting requirements mandating value ranges instead of precise amounts.
The comprehensive filing documented exactly 1,051 separate transactions. Trump’s aggregate purchases exceeded $49 million, whereas his total sales reached a minimum of $28.5 million.
Most Substantial Monthly Transactions
The highest-value individual transaction involved divesting Vanguard Dividend Appreciation Index Fund ETF holdings on June 22, with a reported value between $5 million and $25 million.
During the identical trading session, Trump initiated positions in both Fidelity National Information Services and Home Depot, each valued between $1 million and $5 million.
June 18 witnessed the liquidation of Meta Platforms and Motorola positions, each worth $1 million to $5 million. Simultaneously, Trump established comparable positions in Berkshire Hathaway, Cintas, Visa, and Mastercard.
This portfolio adjustment occurred 24 hours after market turbulence triggered by monetary policy uncertainties following Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh’s inaugural meeting. Markets rebounded the following trading day on June 18.
Additional ETF acquisitions throughout the month included the iShares U.S. Treasury Bond ETF and the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF. Concurrent divestments included the Vanguard Short-Term Bond Index Fund ETF and the Vanguard FTSE Europe ETF.
Defense Sector and Palantir Activity
Palantir Technologies appeared in multiple transactions during June. An initial modest purchase occurred on June 3, followed by a sale valued between $500,001 and $1 million on June 18.
Following the June 14 U.S.-Iran peace accord announcement, Trump reestablished a Palantir position on June 23.
Defense industry contractors RTX and Northrop Grumman also featured in June’s trading activity. RTX shares were acquired on June 12, while a modest Northrop Grumman sale occurred simultaneously. Additional Northrop Grumman buy and sell transactions followed on June 23 and 24.
Coinbase trading activity spanned the entire month. Between June 12 and June 23, Trump liquidated shares valued between $116,003 and $315,000, subsequently repurchasing $50,001 to $100,000 worth on June 24.
Several municipal bond acquisitions also occurred during this period.
According to White House communications, Trump’s financial holdings reside in a trust administered by his children. Spokesperson Davis Ingle emphasized the absence of conflicts of interest, noting that Trump’s investment activities are conducted through discretionary management accounts and algorithm-driven portfolios.
To provide broader perspective, Trump’s 2025 securities trading activity exceeded 21,000 transactions, representing an estimated total value between $600 million and $1.86 billion.
