      China Dominates Global Humanoid Robot Shipments in 2026

      The International Data Corporation (IDC) has reported significant growth in the global humanoid robot market, with shipments expected to reach nearly 25,000 units in the first half of 2026. This marks a remarkable year-on-year increase of 432.1%, indicating a shift from technology validation to commercial application within the industry.

      China has emerged as the leading player in this market, shipping over 19,000 humanoid robots, which represents approximately 77.9% of the global total. Among Chinese manufacturers, ZhiYuan has made a notable impact, with shipments exceeding 8,600 units.

      Looking ahead, IDC forecasts that by 2030, global shipments of humanoid robots will surpass 750,000 units, signaling the onset of large-scale applications in various sectors. This growth trajectory highlights the increasing integration of humanoid robots into everyday operations and services worldwide.
