Tesla Secures $30 Billion in New Credit Facilities

Tesla has secured $30 billion in new financing facilities, as detailed in a recent filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This substantial financial package is designed to support the company's ongoing operations and expansion plans.

The financing includes a $20 billion three-year delayed-draw term loan, which allows Tesla to access funds as needed over the loan period. Additionally, the package features an $8 billion five-year revolving credit facility and a $2 billion 364-day revolving credit line, providing the company with flexible funding options to manage its capital requirements.
