Binance Co-Founder Highlights Talent Acquisition as Key Challenge
He Yi, co-founder of Binance, emphasized the importance of talent recruitment during a recent Ask Me Anything (AMA) session at the Binance Smart Product Launch. He stated that while the company is eager to expand its workforce, not all applicants will be hired, as the selection process remains rigorous. Yi expressed a strong desire for skilled individuals to join the team, indicating that attracting top talent is one of Binance's most significant challenges.
During the AMA, Yi also discussed upcoming features for the Binance platform, including a fully customizable homepage that will enhance user experience. He mentioned that with advancements in personalized artificial intelligence, the mobile version of the homepage could become uniquely tailored for individual users. Yi outlined plans for future iterations that would enable communication capabilities, allowing users to manage various tasks more efficiently.
Furthermore, Yi acknowledged that while Binance currently offers on-chain skills, the user experience may not be optimal at this time. He indicated that the next phase for the platform will involve structuring these features into a more cohesive AI Pro framework, aiming to improve functionality and user engagement.
