Raoul Pal: Capital is beginning to rotate from AI back into the crypto market

PANews reported on October 6, citing Cointelegraph, that Real Vision founder Raoul Pal said capital is beginning to rotate from the AI sector back into the crypto market. He believes a weaker dollar is a key condition for further crypto gains, while higher bond yields and a strong dollar are still limiting liquidity. If the dollar fails to move lower, the second-best scenario is AI stocks trading sideways, allowing capital to continue rotating into crypto. Pal also said AI agents may bring more business to Ethereum and Solana in the future, because software will use their smart contracts to transact, while Bitcoin may miss most of the crypto economic activity generated by AI agents. He said Solana's core activity is speculation and smaller in scale, while Ethereum has higher capital concentration.
