PANews reported on September 21 that after the crypto-friendly Clarity Act died, the crypto industry super PAC Fairshake is preparing its largest expenditure of the year, planning to spend about $30 million in the Ohio Senate race to oppose Democratic incumbent Senator Sherrod Brown's re-election bid. If Brown returns to the Senate, he is expected to regain the chairmanship or a senior position on the Senate Banking Committee based on seniority.
