Google's Gemini 4 Argon Opens to Global Developers and Paid Subscribers

PANews reported on October 14, citing Google's official blog, that Google's flagship model Gemini 4 Argon is now open to developers and enterprises worldwide, accessible via the Gemini API paid tier and the Gemini platform; Google AI Ultra and Pro subscribers can use it in the Gemini app and Search AI Mode, and Ultra users can also use it in Google Antigravity. Google said the model ranks first on the Vals Index, which measures performance on finance, programming, legal, and tax tasks. During the API introductory period, pricing is $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens, rising to $4 and $20 respectively after the introductory period ends on November 30. Previously, the model was first made available to the U.S. government and certain cyber defenders on October 1.
