Tron Stablecoin Market Cap Increases by $554.9 Million in One Week

Tron has experienced a significant increase in its stablecoin market capitalization, adding $554.9 million over a seven-day period ending around October 11, 2026. This growth, reported by Token Terminal, far surpasses the $64 million increase seen in the OP Mainnet during the same timeframe, highlighting Tron's dominance in the stablecoin sector.

As of mid-October 2026, Tron's total stablecoin supply stands at approximately $95.3 billion, with Tether's USDT making up about $93.2 billion, or 97.8% of that total. The second-largest stablecoin on the network, USDD, accounts for around $1.3 billion. In the third quarter of 2026, Tron's stablecoin supply grew by 5.5%, reaching $93.88 billion, indicating a steady upward trend.

Tron has also seen substantial transaction activity, processing $2.21 trillion in stablecoin settlements during the third quarter of 2026. The network recorded a 9.8% increase in monthly active addresses, totaling 18 million. Cumulative transaction volume on Tron has exceeded $30 trillion as of 2026, with no significant negative developments reported alongside this growth. Tron's shift from an entertainment-focused platform to a payments-oriented network has solidified its position as a leading blockchain for stablecoin transactions.
