US Bitcoin ETFs Attract $987 Million in Weekly Inflows, Totaling $3.8 Billion Over Three Weeks

US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) garnered $986.9 million in net inflows for the week ending September 5, contributing to a total of $3.8 billion over the past three weeks. Despite this surge, the year-to-date net figures remain approximately negative $1 billion, indicating a significant recovery from earlier outflows but not yet erasing the deficit.

The inflows were notably concentrated on Thursday, which alone accounted for about $731 million, marking the largest single-day inflow since January 14. In contrast, Friday saw a decrease to $174.6 million, with BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) leading the charge at $117.4 million, followed by Fidelity's Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) at $57.2 million.

As of the latest data, total assets under management across all US spot Bitcoin ETFs reached $101.3 billion, having briefly surpassed $103.3 billion during the week. Since their launch in January 2024, these funds have accumulated a cumulative total of $55.6 billion in net inflows. Meanwhile, Bitcoin's price remained stable around $80,000, while inflows into Ether and XRP ETFs saw significant declines of 74% and 83%, respectively.
