Bitcoin Price Fluctuates as Buyers Regain Control

Bitcoin's price recently broke above a key resistance area between $81,517 and $82,833 on September 21. However, sellers managed to push the price back into this range and below the lower boundary at $81,517, which raised concerns about potential further declines. The price briefly approached the September 20 low of $80,106, just above the significant support level of $80,000, before the selling pressure subsided and buyers stepped in.

In trading on October 9, Bitcoin's price rebounded, surpassing the previous swing area high of $82,833. This recovery indicates that buyers have regained some control, although they face challenges ahead. Key resistance levels to watch include $83,963, marked by the falling 100-hour moving average, and $84,522, which corresponds to the 200-hour moving average. Successfully breaking above these moving averages could strengthen the bullish sentiment and lead to a potential rally towards the late-September and early-October highs, including a peak of $87,374 reached on September 23.

The critical range of $81,517 to $82,833 remains pivotal for traders. Maintaining a price above $82,833 will support the ongoing recovery, while a drop back into this swing area could diminish momentum. A break below $81,517 would allow sellers to regain control, emphasizing the importance of follow-through for both buyers and sellers in the current market dynamics.
