Key FX Option Expiry Levels for September 25 Highlighted

On September 25, the foreign exchange market is focusing on a significant expiry level for the EUR/USD currency pair at the 1.1400 mark. Currently, the spot price is approximately 30 pips below this strike level. If the price action remains stable and below this figure, the expiry could influence the currency pair to hover around the 1.1400 area.

The broader market sentiment towards the U.S. dollar is being shaped by ongoing developments in the bond market, particularly the rise in Treasury yields. As these yields continue to increase, they are providing support for the dollar while exerting downward pressure on the EUR/USD pair. Should the yields keep climbing, it may further lower the spot price in the upcoming trading session, diminishing the potential impact of the expiry level.

Additionally, there is another notable expiry for the USD/JPY currency pair at the 159.00 level. However, this level is currently too distant from the market's spot price to have a significant effect on trading today.
