NatWest Accelerator is launching its She Scales initiative nationwide in the United Kingdom following a successful pilot program. The pilot featured 68 events that attracted over 1,800 participants, all of whom reported increased confidence and improved skills for building their businesses.
The She Scales initiative aims to support female entrepreneurs by providing resources, networking opportunities, and mentorship. The positive feedback from participants in the pilot program has prompted NatWest to extend the initiative, reflecting a commitment to empowering women in the business sector across the UK.
