SuperX AI Technology (SUPX) has clinched a $38.8 million contract from Woodman Inc., a Japanese tech enterprise, to deliver Nvidia (NVDA) B300 GPU-powered server infrastructure. The stock showed strength with a nearly 2% increase in premarket activity following the disclosure.
SuperX AI Technology Limited, SUPX
The purchase order came through SuperX Industries Co., Ltd., which operates as the company’s fully owned Japanese division.
The high-performance computing hardware will support an artificial intelligence infrastructure initiative located in Yokohama, Japan. Deployment is targeted for mid-November 2026.
SuperX confirmed receipt of an initial payment representing approximately 20% of the contract’s total value as of August 20. Contract terms stipulate the outstanding balance must be settled ahead of product shipment.
This transaction marks the debut business engagement between SuperX and Woodman, representing a fresh customer acquisition for the AI infrastructure provider.
SuperX Strengthens Japanese Market Position
The Japanese market isn’t unfamiliar territory for SuperX. The Singapore-based technology firm previously developed a market presence offering solutions centered on the Nvidia RTX Pro 6000 architecture.
This latest agreement with Woodman represents an upgrade in capability, introducing the advanced Nvidia B300 platform to SuperX’s Japanese product lineup.
Woodman positions itself as a Japanese tech enterprise dedicated to maximizing underutilized assets, ranging from excess electrical capacity to idle computing resources. The company concentrates on artificial intelligence applications and high-performance computing infrastructure.
Japan-Focused Expansion Initiative
With headquarters in Singapore, SuperX has identified Japan as a critical market for international expansion efforts. Beyond AI server systems, the company’s offerings encompass liquid cooling solutions, electrical infrastructure, and comprehensive data center technologies.
This diversified product lineup positions SuperX as a comprehensive infrastructure partner capable of delivering complete solutions for enterprise-scale AI implementations, distinguishing it from simple hardware vendors.
The $38.8 million Woodman contract represents continued progress in this strategic direction, positioning the firm to capitalize on growing demand for advanced GPU computing infrastructure as enterprises increase AI-related capital expenditures.
NVDA stock registered a 1.42% gain at the time of the announcement, while SUPX closed the trading session down 3.42% despite earlier premarket strength.
