BitGo and HashKey Cloud Enhance Partnership for Institutional Services in Asia-Pacific

BitGo Holdings, Inc. and HashKey Cloud have formalized an expanded partnership, transitioning from a single-product collaboration to a comprehensive strategic alliance. The agreement was finalized on October 6, 2026, during the TOKEN2049 event in Singapore, and aims to serve institutional clients across the Asia-Pacific region.

Initially focused on staking services, the partnership now encompasses trading, custody, and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. BitGo, a prominent player in digital asset custody listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BTGO, will provide custody services, while HashKey Cloud, operating as WanCloud Ltd., will contribute validator infrastructure and leverage its licensed operations in Hong Kong.

The partnership will facilitate institutional staking, with HashKey Cloud acting as a validator on BitGo's platform, and will also streamline trading flows and custody for HashKey Capital. The services will begin with Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL), ensuring that client assets remain under BitGo's custody throughout the process. Both companies emphasize their commitment to aligning regulatory frameworks and technology to foster adoption in Asian markets, adhering to local laws.
