Strive, Inc. Acquires 104 Bitcoin Through Preferred Stock Program

Strive, Inc. has successfully raised capital to purchase 104 Bitcoin over a nine-day period, utilizing its preferred stock program without diluting common shareholders or incurring debt. This acquisition is part of the company's ongoing strategy to build a substantial Bitcoin treasury, which now exceeds 23,000 BTC.

The company's Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, known by the ticker SATA, has been instrumental in funding these purchases. Strive's at-the-market (ATM) program, authorized in December 2025 with a cap of $500 million, allows the company to sell preferred shares when market conditions are favorable. The shares pay a variable annualized dividend of approximately 13%, which shifted to daily payouts in June 2026, enhancing their appeal to income-focused investors.

Strive's aggressive accumulation strategy has seen significant growth in its Bitcoin holdings, which were minimal at the launch of the SATA program. The latest acquisition of 104 BTC follows a notable purchase of 1,800 BTC funded by around $80.3 million in SATA proceeds, completed between August 24 and August 28, 2026. Strive maintains a zero-debt posture, providing a cleaner balance sheet compared to other companies in the sector that have taken on debt to finance their Bitcoin investments.
