Strive's SATA Achieves 14th Day at Par, Facilitates Bitcoin Acquisition

Strive's Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, known by its ticker SATA, has successfully closed at par value for 14 consecutive trading days. This consistent performance has enabled the company to raise sufficient capital to purchase an additional 95 Bitcoin, furthering its strategy of accumulating cryptocurrency for its treasury.

Each SATA share, which has a par value of $100, pays a 13% annualized dividend distributed daily. This daily payout structure, initiated in mid-June 2026, marks SATA as the first US-listed security to offer daily dividends. The stock has been trading within a narrow range of $99 to $101, allowing Strive to issue new shares through its at-the-market program, thereby raising capital without incurring debt or diluting common shareholders.

As of early September 2026, Strive's Bitcoin treasury has grown to 24,531 BTC, valued at approximately $1.96 billion. The latest significant acquisition involved 1,375 BTC purchased for $109 million, with SATA funding around 70% of that transaction. Strive operates without long-term debt and maintains substantial cash reserves, including an 18-month buffer for dividend payments, positioning itself uniquely in the cryptocurrency investment landscape.
