UPBIT Launches Trading Support for Bifrost (BFC) in KRW and USDT Markets

UPBIT, a prominent cryptocurrency exchange based in South Korea, will begin supporting trading for Bifrost (BFC) in both the Korean Won (KRW) and Tether (USDT) markets starting at 13:45 on September 10, 2026. This move is part of UPBIT's ongoing efforts to expand its trading offerings and enhance user access to various cryptocurrencies.

Following the initiation of trading support, UPBIT will implement specific restrictions. Within approximately five minutes of the launch, buy orders will be limited, and the minimum selling price will be capped at below 10% of the previous day's closing price. Furthermore, within about two hours of the trading start, all order types except limit orders will be restricted, ensuring a controlled trading environment for BFC.

This announcement highlights UPBIT's commitment to maintaining a secure trading platform while providing users with new opportunities in the cryptocurrency market. Bifrost (BFC) is a project that aims to facilitate cross-chain interactions and enhance the blockchain ecosystem.
