      Visa Reports Nearly 200% Increase in Stablecoin Card Transactions

      Visa has reported a significant surge in the transaction volume of its stablecoin-linked cards, which has increased by nearly 200% year-on-year in the fiscal year 2026. This growth reflects the rising adoption of stablecoins in various payment systems.

      The data indicates that corporate and business projects account for approximately 17% of the total transaction volume from these stablecoin-linked card transactions. This highlights the growing interest from businesses in utilizing stablecoins for their financial operations.

      Currently, Visa supports over 160 stablecoin-linked card projects, showcasing its commitment to integrating digital currencies into mainstream payment solutions. The increase in transaction volume underscores the expanding role of stablecoins in the financial ecosystem.
