TRUMP Token Holders Receive Invite to November Gala Dinner Amid 97% Price Decline

      TLDR

      • Fight Fight Fight LLC has unveiled plans for a third exclusive gala dinner scheduled for Nov. 22 at Trump National in Washington, D.C.
      • Entry is reserved for the top 185 TRUMP token holders based on a leaderboard measuring holdings from Sept. 30 through Nov. 12.
      • The TRUMP token was hovering around $2.04 on Oct. 1, representing a roughly 97% collapse from its January 2025 high near $74.
      • According to Nansen’s analysis, investors sustained combined losses of $3.81 billion through June, while Trump’s financial filings show $636 million in proceeds from the token.
      • Multiple senators including Warren, Schiff, Blumenthal, and Coons have condemned these gatherings and requested SEC scrutiny of the cryptocurrency.

President Donald Trump is preparing to welcome memecoin investors to a third exclusive dinner event on Nov. 22. The gathering will be held at Trump National in the nation’s capital.

The event is organized by Fight Fight Fight LLC. This entity oversees the Official Trump token, which trades under the TRUMP ticker.

Attendance is limited to the 185 highest-ranked token holders. A specialized leaderboard determines eligibility by evaluating both the quantity of tokens held and the duration of ownership.

The qualifying window spans from Sept. 30 to Nov. 12, as stated on the official event website. The 29 participants with the highest rankings will receive VIP treatment and premium seating arrangements.

Four top-performing holders will walk away with Trump-branded gold watches. Additional perks include fragrance bottles, trading cards, and commemorative posters.

Comparing This Dinner to Previous Gatherings

This represents the third such exclusive event since the token’s debut. The inaugural dinner occurred in May 2025, accommodating 220 holders at the same Washington golf venue.

A second gathering took place in April 2026 at Mar-a-Lago in Florida. That occasion welcomed 297 attendees and featured an appearance by boxing legend Mike Tyson.

Event planners indicate Trump will attend alongside three special guests characterized as “legends.” The identities of these individuals remain undisclosed.

The promotional materials explicitly note that no participant will receive one-on-one time with the president. This addresses previous criticism from attendees who reported minimal interaction with Trump at earlier events.

Current Token Valuation and Financial Impact on Investors

On Oct. 1, TRUMP was changing hands at approximately $2.04. This represents a devastating 97% decline from the token’s $74 zenith, which it reached shortly after debuting in January 2025.

Following the dinner announcement, the coin experienced a brief 10% surge. However, it quickly retreated to previous trading levels.

Blockchain analytics firm Nansen released a July report revealing that holders collectively suffered $3.81 billion in losses through June’s conclusion. The research examined data from nearly 989,000 digital wallets.

That same analysis determined that roughly two-thirds of TRUMP purchasers ended up underwater. Less than 500,000 wallets showed profits, with the majority of gains concentrated among initial investors.

Trump’s personal financial disclosure documented $636 million in compensation connected to the memecoin. The filing additionally revealed at least $1.4 billion in aggregate cryptocurrency-related revenue.

The project’s official website discloses that two Trump-affiliated entities control 80% of the complete token supply. This allocation is governed by a three-year vesting timeline.

Public Citizen, a nonprofit advocacy organization, calculated in August that Trump family cryptocurrency venture participants were facing $4.7 billion in cumulative losses since 2022. The organization attributed $3.2 billion of that deficit specifically to the memecoin.

Congressional Leaders Question Ethics and Regulatory Compliance

Senators Elizabeth Warren, Adam Schiff, and Richard Blumenthal submitted correspondence following the April event requesting information about guest screening procedures and financial structures. They contended the dinners present conflicts of interest.

In August, Warren and Blumenthal petitioned the SEC to examine whether the token involved fraudulent activity or unlawful insider profiteering. The commission has not publicly disclosed any enforcement measures in response to their request.

Senator Chris Coons characterized the November gathering as “corruption” in a message posted on Bluesky this week.

The dinner reveal comes after the Senate blocked the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act last month. The proposed legislation aimed to establish regulatory frameworks for government oversight of digital currencies.

Democratic lawmakers argued that an ethics clause designed to restrict officials’ cryptocurrency involvement was inadequate. Every Democrat in attendance opposed the measure on Sept. 15.

For the upcoming November function, event coordinators have barred participation from residents of multiple sanctioned nations, including Russia, Iran, and North Korea. The leaderboard snapshot establishing VIP eligibility will occur on Nov. 12, with the formal dinner proceeding ten days afterward on Nov. 22.
