Binance Issues Important Update on Samsung TradFi Perpetual Contract Dividend Adjustment

PANews reported on September 28 that, according to an official Binance announcement, since the dividend amount for the SAMSUNGUSDT TradFi perpetual contract has not yet been finalized, Binance will use an estimation method to calculate the dividend amount. Binance will use an estimated dividend of 4,500 KRW per share and adjust dividends for traders holding net positions in the contract on the ex-dividend date, September 29, 2026 at 08:00 (Korea Standard Time). This estimated amount is for reference only and may be lower or higher than the actual dividend amount announced by Samsung Electronics. If there is a discrepancy between the estimated amount and the actual dividend amount, Binance will make a difference adjustment, which will be completed within one week after Samsung Electronics finalizes and announces the actual dividend amount.
