      Bithumb Launches New Trading Pairs for Bedrock and Dolphin in Korean Won

      Bithumb, a prominent cryptocurrency exchange based in South Korea, has announced the launch of new trading pairs for Bedrock (BR) and Dolphin (POD) against the Korean won. The trading for Bedrock (BR) is set to commence on October 6, 2026, at 19:00 local time, utilizing the BNB Smart Chain for transactions.

      Dolphin (POD) will follow shortly after, with trading starting at 20:00 on the same day, supported by the Base network. For both cryptocurrencies, deposits and withdrawals will be enabled within two hours of the respective trading launches. Bedrock (BR) will have a benchmark price of 590 Korean won, while Dolphin (POD) will start at 1,086 Korean won.

      Bithumb has advised users that only deposits from designated networks will be accepted, and transfers from other networks will not be supported. This move is part of Bithumb's ongoing efforts to expand its offerings in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency market.
