Boyaa Interactive Expands Bitcoin Holdings to 4,316 BTC

Boyaa Interactive, a gaming company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, has increased its Bitcoin holdings by acquiring an additional 115 BTC, bringing its total to approximately 4,316 BTC. This acquisition positions Boyaa as the 22nd largest public company Bitcoin holder globally, according to data from BitcoinTreasuries.net.

The recent purchase is part of a broader strategy that has seen Boyaa acquire around 205 BTC since late June 2026, with total expenditures amounting to approximately HK$110 million, or about $14.3 million. The company has funded these purchases using idle operational cash, avoiding debt or share issuance, which aligns with regulatory requirements for disclosure on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Boyaa's average acquisition cost for its Bitcoin holdings now stands at $68,280 per BTC, a slight increase from the $68,211 reported at the beginning of 2026. The company has also engaged in staking 1,000 BTC as part of its Boyaa Network blockchain project, utilizing about 23% of its total Bitcoin holdings rather than keeping them in cold storage. This strategic pivot towards cryptocurrency began in late 2023, reflecting a trend among companies to convert cash reserves into Bitcoin as a long-term treasury asset.
