DWF Labs-affiliated companies sue BitGo in London, seeking $141 million

PANews reported on October 9, citing the Financial Times, that DWF Maas, a British Virgin Islands company under DWF Labs, and its Panama-based affiliate Falcon Digital have sued BitGo in the High Court in London, seeking $141 million in damages. The plaintiffs DWF Maas and Falcon Digital allege in their filing that BitGo released tokens before the end of the agreed lock-up period, triggering a decline in market prices and causing direct losses to the tokens they still held. The tokens involved in the lawsuit include Falcon Finance (FF) and Yooldo (ESPORTS).
