Paradigm Official Defends Clarity Act Amid Pessimism

The head of government affairs at Paradigm has challenged the prevailing narrative that the Clarity Act is unlikely to pass, asserting that such views lack credibility. He attributed the pessimism to anonymous sources who did not engage in the core negotiations and to legislators who are using media channels to pressure the White House and Senate leadership for their own agendas.

Major banks are reportedly preparing to invest significantly in lobbying and advertising efforts next week, a move that suggests confidence in the bill's prospects. The official emphasized that if the Clarity Act were truly doomed, these financial institutions would not allocate resources toward its promotion.

With the Senate set to reconvene on Monday and the House scheduled to recess on Friday, the timeline for the bill is indeed tight. However, the Paradigm representative insisted that the legislation is not dead and criticized those who claim it has no chance as either attention-seekers or individuals attempting to shape a narrative of failure.
