Zhiyuan Innovation Secures New Financing Round Valued at 50 Billion Yuan

Zhiyuan Innovation, a company specializing in embodied intelligence, has initiated a new round of financing estimated between 1 billion to 1.5 billion yuan. This financing round is nearing completion and has led to a valuation of approximately 50 billion yuan for the company. However, a representative from Zhiyuan has not provided further details regarding the financing, valuation, or the company's initial public offering (IPO) progress.

In July 2026, Zhiyuan announced its plans to prepare for a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. At that time, investors speculated that the company could go public as early as August, targeting a valuation of 40 billion to 50 billion Hong Kong dollars. However, due to the new financing round, it appears that Zhiyuan will not be able to complete its IPO within the current year, as per the requirements set by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. These regulations stipulate that a company must wait 120 days after completing new financing before it can proceed with its listing, unless a special exemption is granted.
