Analyst: Stablecoin total market cap has shrunk by $14 billion since May, recovery momentum remains weak

PANews reported on October 3 that CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost stated that the total market cap of stablecoins is struggling to recover due to insufficient liquidity flowing into the crypto market. Since May, the total stablecoin market cap has shrunk by $14 billion, indicating large-scale capital outflows from the market. However, the situation has improved slightly since September, with the market cap growing by $4 billion, bringing the total stablecoin market cap back to around $270 billion. Although the current trend appears to be reversing, the recovery momentum remains weak; stronger momentum is still needed to push Bitcoin to new highs.
