Binance's bStocks Achieves $1 Billion in Assets Under Management

Binance's tokenized stock platform, bStocks, has surpassed $1 billion in assets under management (AUM) since its launch on June 11, 2026. The platform allows users to convert over $6 billion between bStocks tokens and the underlying US shares that back them, marking a significant milestone in the tokenization of real-world assets.

Each bStocks token is a BEP-20 asset on the BNB Chain, issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance affiliate. The tokens are backed 1:1 by actual US shares held with regulated custodians, providing users with price exposure and the ability to use the tokens as collateral for margin trading. As of mid-October 2026, bStocks supports 95 stock tokens, primarily in the technology sector, and has seen strong uptake among non-US users, particularly in emerging markets and among younger investors.

The platform achieved $100 million in AUM within just 15 days of its launch and has since experienced rapid growth, with Binance projecting that bStocks could reach $10 billion in AUM by the end of the year. This growth reflects a broader trend in the financial sector towards the tokenization of real-world assets, allowing for greater accessibility and liquidity in trading.
