Bitget's English Terms of Use, Marked as Updated Oct. 16, List Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan Among Prohibited JurisdictionsAccording to The Defiant, Bitget will discontinue services for certain users, with account-specific deadlines and withdrawal instructions sent directly to those affected. The exchange described it as a one-off exercise, said user funds remain safe, and noted that users who receive no notification can continue using their accounts under its terms. Its official support account also cited the prohibited-jurisdiction list when responding to restrictions on Russian users. One affected user reported an Oct. 21 deadline, but Bitget's main announcement gave no common deadline, affected account count or specific regulatory basis.
