Spot Bitcoin ETFs Experience $241 Million in Net Inflows for Third Consecutive Week

In the trading week ending October 2, 2026, spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the United States recorded net inflows of $241 million, marking the third consecutive week of positive growth. This uptick is largely attributed to BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), which alone accounted for $450 million of the inflows, significantly outpacing other funds in the sector.

Despite the overall positive trend, Fidelity's Bitcoin ETF (FBTC) faced challenges, experiencing the largest outflows of the week with a loss of $168 million. Nevertheless, FBTC's cumulative assets remain substantial at $10.9 billion. In contrast, ARK 21Shares' ARKB ETF added a more modest $25.52 million, bringing its total to $1.4 billion. The disparity in performance highlights a concentration of investment in IBIT, which has now accumulated a total of $65.73 billion in assets.

Total net assets across all spot Bitcoin ETFs have reached approximately $108.89 billion, representing 6.42% of Bitcoin's total market capitalization. Cumulative net inflows since the launch of these funds in January 2024 now stand at around $57.79 billion. After facing significant outflows earlier in the year, the sector has seen a recovery since August, with a record inflow of $2.4 billion reported in the week ending September 25, 2026. Although the latest figure of $241 million is lower than that peak, it indicates a continuing trend of renewed interest in Bitcoin ETFs.
