      Global Markets Experience Minor Declines Over the Weekend

      Global stock markets showed slight declines over the weekend, with the DAX in Germany closing at 25,490, down 0.24%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average in the United States ended at 51,727, reflecting a decrease of 0.20%. Similarly, the NASDAQ Composite also fell by 0.23%, closing at 30,565, while the FTSE 100 in the United Kingdom dropped 0.14% to finish at 10,727.

      In Asia, the Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong recorded a modest decline of 0.13%, closing at 24,475. Currency markets also saw minor fluctuations, with the euro trading at 1.1386 against the US dollar, down 0.04%, and the Japanese yen at 157.15 per US dollar, a decrease of 0.09%.

      In commodities, gold prices fell by 0.14%, settling at 4,279, while crude oil prices experienced a rise of 1.72%, reaching 93.56. These movements reflect ongoing volatility in the global markets as investors assess economic indicators and geopolitical developments.
