This new format will initially be integrated into the image generation feature of ChatGPT, allowing advertisers to showcase their products visually within the chat interface.
To enhance the effectiveness of these advertisements, OpenAI is collaborating with several companies, including Haus, Measured, and WorkMagic, to conduct experiments focused on ad effectiveness. Additionally, the company is partnering with DoubleVerify and Integral Ad Science to ensure brand suitability for the new advertising format.
