Bitwise and Franklin Templeton Clients Invest $7.24 Million in XRP
Clients of Bitwise Asset Management and Franklin Templeton have purchased an additional $7.24 million in XRP through their respective spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs). This investment marks a continuation of steady demand for XRP, which is currently trading near $1.5. The recent inflows contribute to a total of approximately $1.79 billion across all XRP ETFs, with net assets estimated between $1.7 billion and $1.8 billion.
On September 23, 2026, the combined net inflows into the Bitwise and Franklin Templeton funds reached $18.04 million, with Bitwise accounting for $11.54 million and Franklin Templeton contributing $6.50 million. Just two days later, inflows surged to about $22.65 million, primarily driven by Bitwise's $18.39 million contribution. Bitwise has reported cumulative net inflows ranging from $613 million to $677 million, while Franklin Templeton is nearing the $500 million mark in cumulative inflows.
The launch of these US spot XRP ETFs in November 2025 has provided investors with exposure to XRP's price without the need to manage the token directly. The ETFs have gained popularity as a diversification option alongside established cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum, benefiting from a more favorable regulatory environment surrounding Ripple and XRP. Despite the influx of investment, XRP's price has remained under pressure, indicating that inflows do not necessarily correlate with price movements.
