Evernorth and Armada Acquisition Corp. II Merger Approved, Plans Nasdaq Listing
Shareholders of Armada Acquisition Corp. II have approved the merger with Evernorth, a company associated with XRP Treasury. This approval marks a significant milestone for Evernorth as it prepares for its public listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange.
The merger is anticipated to generate around $300 million in cash proceeds, with additional contributions in physical XRP from investors. Following the completion of the transaction, Evernorth is expected to possess approximately 473 million XRP.
The merger is scheduled to finalize on October 7, 2026, with the newly combined entity set to begin trading under the ticker symbol XRPN on October 8, 2026.
