Licheng holds a long position of 41,000 ETH, utilizing 25x leverage. The position was opened at a price of $2,443.44, with a liquidation threshold set at $2,342.15. As of now, Ethereum is trading at approximately $2,405, indicating a precarious position for Licheng.
In the past week, Licheng has experienced significant losses, totaling around $4.3 million, which has diminished most of his recent profits. This situation highlights the volatility and risks associated with leveraged trading in cryptocurrency markets.
