Wuwen Xinqiong Secures 2.3 Billion Yuan in Series C Financing

Wuwen Xinqiong, an artificial intelligence infrastructure company based in Tsinghua, China, has successfully completed a Series C financing round, raising 2.3 billion yuan. This latest funding brings the company's total financing to 4.3 billion yuan since its establishment in 2023. Wuwen Xinqiong specializes in integrating computing power from various chip manufacturers, including Huawei Ascend, NVIDIA, and AMD, to offer large model training and inference services without developing its own chips or data centers.

The company provides developers with the ability to access AI models directly via API, eliminating the need for them to deploy these models independently. This approach allows for greater flexibility and efficiency in utilizing AI technologies.

In addition to its recent funding, Wuwen Xinqiong has reportedly submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with plans for an initial public offering potentially occurring in the first half of 2027. The company is expected to have a pre-listing valuation of approximately 14.3 billion yuan, according to sources cited by Bloomberg.
