Concerns Raised Over Credibility Risks in Cryptocurrency Market

Yi Lihua, founder of Liquid Capital, has highlighted significant issues within the cryptocurrency industry, particularly the lack of contractual integrity among project parties. This situation has led to alarming instances where users are unable to withdraw their Bitcoin after making deposits, face arbitrary deductions from their assets, and encounter forced changes to terms of service.

Lihua emphasized that these practices create widespread credibility risks affecting venture capitalists, key opinion leaders, and secondary market investors. He advocates for trading platforms to prioritize the credibility of project parties as a crucial factor in their assessments, similar to how traditional stock markets penalize fraudulent companies or enforce delisting rules.

In light of these challenges, Lihua is actively searching for secondary market projects that demonstrate profitability, the ability to conduct buybacks, and a strong reputation. He has invited relevant projects and investors to engage in discussions, with plans to meet in Singapore in the near future.
